For the safety of our clients, all hair colouring and beauty tinting services require a patch test to be carried out in the salon by a member of our team at least 48 hours before your appointment.
You’re welcome to pop in any time from Monday to Saturday for your patch test — no booking required. Please note, if a patch test has not been completed within the required timeframe, we will need to reschedule your appointment for a later date once your patch test has been successfully completed.
post colour finishing services
When booking a hair colour service, please ensure you select both your desired colour service and a finishing service — either a Post-Colour Blowdry or a Post-Colour Cut and Blowdry. We offer both finishing options at a reduced price following your colour service. Please not if a finishing service is not selected at the time of booking, a Post-Colour Blowdry will be automatically added to your appointment, and we will notify you of the update.

Colour Policy
Please be advised that while we take every precaution to protect your clothing and personal belongings during colour services, accidents can occasionally occur. We strongly recommend wearing appropriate clothing and removing any valuables or light-coloured items before your appointment.
Folly & Hue will not be held responsible for any damage or staining to clothing or personal items during colour or chemical services. By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
